Billing Manager (part-time)

Within our ecosystem, founders can create IT products from scratch, using proven methodologies, business networking, operational and legal support.

We also help existing Ukrainian IT businesses enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States.

We’re currently launching a new startup in the Tier-1 market. Thus, we’re seeking a part-time Billing Manager who will work closely with the CEO to help build a user-centered product.

What you will do:

• Analyze billing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Track metrics, identify discrepancies, and correct errors in billing processes.
• Address and resolve billing issues effectively.
• Understand billing procedures and their impact on financial performance.
• develop and refine billing rules, routes, and processes for better efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with payment system requirements.
• Align billing strategies with business goals and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Manage and foster strong partnerships with payment gateways and merchants of record.
• Work with global payment systems like Stripe, PayPal, and others.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in billing or accounting.
• Experience in working with payment systems focused on the global market.
• Understanding of payment process mechanisms (Merchant Account, Payment Gateway, Payment Processors, etc.).
• Understanding of basic payment metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business results through data insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
