We’re currently launching a new startup in the Tier-1 market. Thus, we’re seeking a Lead of Product Analytics who will work closely with the CEO to help build a user-centered product.

What you will do:
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align data strategies with business goals, optimizing app features and user engagement.
- Establish and manage the methodology and infrastructure for scalable and efficient A/B testing.
- Oversee the setup and optimization of advertising accounts, pixels, and server-to-server (S2S) event sending to support and enhance the efficiency of traffic acquisition and user attribution processes.
- Create, implement and optimize predictive models to drive business insights and performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track and analyze KPIs and business metrics.
- Guide the integration of ML models.
- Oversee and maintain end-to-end data pipeline.
About you:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in building analytics for products and 1+ year of leadership (task setting, supervision, and people development)
- Proven experience in mobile app analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS) and warehouses.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other statistical methods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business results through data insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
As a plus:
- Experience with Traffic Acquisition Optimization (work with Pixels Meta, Google, TikTok);
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML) Integration.
