Event Producer

CLUST is a venture builder, an ecosystem for IT products’ growth.

Our goal is to turn great ideas into profitable international businesses with Ukrainian roots. That’s why we have created a platform to support young entrepreneurs who have such ideas and need resources, experience, and knowledge to implement them.
Within our ecosystem, founders can create IT products from scratch, using proven methodologies, business networking, operational and legal support.
We also help existing Ukrainian IT businesses enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States.

We’ve spent the previous few months establishing a community strategy. The founder plans to focus on creating a community of like-minded people over the following year. That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Event Producer to drive communications, events and initiatives, that will benefit CLUST’s commercial strategy. This position is strategic and influential in our ecosystem.

What will you do:

• manage and develop internal and external communities;
• organize and promote educational events, both online and offline, from scratch;
• design development plans and implement engagement strategies;
• develop and implement the content plan for the community as part of the general Communication Strategy of CLUST;
• organize and promote community events, both online and offline;
• collaborate with a C-level management team regularly.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in internal communications, partnership, or community management;
• energetic, cooperative, and hands-on attitude;
• proactive mindset and ability to deliver results;
• empathetic to people and a patient and active listener;
• excellent time management and organizational skills.
