We are looking for a CMO to our partner-company whose main product is a trading platform (Forex/CFDs/Crypto derivatives). You will be in charge of overall marketing strategy
Your responsibilities will be:
— Conducting market research and analysis to understand local market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and regulatory landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign planning;
— Affiliate management on Tier 1 (IBs, Influencers, etc);
— Building communication and feedback cycle with Conversion/Retention teams;
— Building and managing reporting and review cycle for all marketing activities;
— Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services;
— Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales;
— Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework;
— Management of education initiative;
— Sourcing talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across your teams;
— Managing quarterly/annual budget.
You are our perfect match if you have:
— At least three years in a similar role in the Trading/Forex/CFDs/Crypto industry;
— Experience in building marketing teams (both production and acquisition);
— Expertise with cross funnels through messengers;
— Working knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), lead generation and affiliate marketing practices, techniques, and outcome expectations;
— Understanding of white hat and black hat funnels;
— The ability to develop strong relationships with cross departmental team members to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership where required;
— Practical skills in leading your teams’ day-to-day duties and responsibilities, as well as project managing larger ad hoc projects;
— Excellent understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation;
— Good command of English.
