CLUST is an ecosystem for the growth of IT products. We work in the venture builder format. We support founders at all stages of development: from the validation of a startup idea to scaling and entering global markets.

➡ Founders within our ecosystem can create IT products from scratch using proven methodologies, business networking, operational and legal support.

➡ We also help Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA. We assess risks, help find a local team and adjust processes.

We are looking for a COO for our partner-company whose main product is a trading platform (Forex/CFDs/Crypto derivatives).

Your challenges will be:
— Establish a clear framework for the firm’s Operations. Collaborate with Management on strategic projects and operational excellence initiatives.
— Develop internal policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks. Set effective Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), monitor performance, and manage escalations across different departments.
— Drive improvements in operational processes and empower team members to manage their areas efficiently to meet targets. Ensure appropriate policies, systems, and controls are in place for Operations.
— Coordinate Client Operations, Payments, Funding and Customer Support teams.
— Continuously assess and enhance operational processes for scalability and sustainability. — Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
— Collaborate with the technology team to optimize systems and tools. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
— Manage key vendor and partner relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.
— Track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness. Use data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

You are our perfect match if you have:
— Experience: Minimum of three years in a similar role (COO/Operations Manager/Head of Operations/Head of Back Office) in the Trading/Forex/CFDs/Crypto industry. Proven experience in leading back office, client support, and payments teams.
— Skills and Knowledge: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
— Good knowledge of PSPs/APMs/Banks and trading operations processes.
— Personal Attributes: High level of technical skills, fluency in English (written and verbal), and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, start-up environment.
— Native to Atlassian or similar products.
