We are looking for a Sales Team Lead due to the expansion of the team of one of the partner companies.
Requirements:
— Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role.
— Experience in generating high-quality leads.
— A seasoned negotiator with a “win-win” mindset.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
— Strong leadership and team management skills.
— Experience of managing a team of 2+ individuals.
Your tasks:
— Hire, lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
— Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
— Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the business.
— Create quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and objectives.
