That’s why we have created a platform to support young entrepreneurs who have such ideas and need resources, experience, and knowledge to implement them.Within our ecosystem, founders can create IT products from scratch, using proven methodologies, business networking, operational and legal support.We also help existing Ukrainian IT businesses enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer for our portfolio company.

What you will do:

• Lead the design process for both mobile and web products, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet user and business needs.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and productive design environment.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to work with data analytics, optimizing funnels and improving key metrics.
• Generate ideas and collaborate on A/B tests, working closely with product and data teams to ensure design solutions are tested and validated, without the responsibility of running the tests.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, improve designs, and iterate on solutions.
• Build and maintain UX/UI style guides, setting and maintaining consistent design standards across all products.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and cutting-edge design solutions.

About you:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product design with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Extensive experience working on digital products, including mobile apps, web applications, and graphic design.
• Strong design skills, capable of tackling the most complex design challenges independently.
• Deep understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user experience (UX) design.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team, creating a collaborative, innovative, and creative work environment.
• Significant experience collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver cohesive, practical, and scalable design solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development setting.

It will be a plus:

• Experience using Midjourney or other AI tools for content generation within product design.
• Expertise in implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize workflow and streamline processes.
• Proven experience integrating design systems in collaboration with development teams.
• Previous experience in a role as a product analyst or product manager.
