We develop our own B2B Solutions for the entertainment industry.

We are looking for a FE Team Lead to join our Clovertech Family.

🍀What you will do

• Lead our Portal (React) team in order to meet business goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team of React / Node.js engineers
• Facilitate the application of best engineering practices in the team to improve the delivery and quality of the product
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 sessions with developers
• Manage the technical debt & challenges and assist in solving them
• Closely communicate with product managers, software architects, backend engineers, QA, designers, and DevOps providing the best solutions and influencing the product

🍀What you need

• At least 2 years experience in leading a team
• 4+ years experience as a software engineer
• Experience in front-end development targeting mobile and desktop browsers on different devices
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript Core, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
• React/Redux/Next.js/GraphQL ecosystem knowledge and experience
• Functional and Reactive programming experience
• Experience with real-time data processing and transformation
• Software Design knowledge: OOD, SoA, Design patterns
• Experience in code performance analysis
• Proven experience in tests creation and other CI/CD practices
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in code review, refactoring, team mentoring, and cross-teams communication skills

🍀Nice to have

• Experience in applying multi-branding concepts for single cross-platform product
• Experience in Strapi, Apollo, Node.js, Rush.js, Lodash, Material UI, Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library, Webdriver.io, Protobuf
• Experience in trunkbaseddevelopment.com or GitHub flow, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence
• CI/CD processes implementation, experience with TDD/BDD and test automation
• Experience in Kubernetes, AWS, CDN/Cloudflare, experience in introducing DevOps and DevOpsSec culture in the company
• Experience in SEO and performance optimization
• Experience in Webpack, pnpm, Yarn
