PR&Employer Brand Manager

Clovertech was founded in Ukraine, we are a team of experts in the entertainment and software development industry that works on producing and launching products based on modern technologies, data, and analytics.

We develop our own B2B Solutions for the entertainment industry.

We are looking for a PR&Employer Brand Manager to join our Clovertech Family.

🍀What you will do

• Develop, implement and drive Company’s Employer Branding and Internal Communication Strategy
• Collaborate with HR to increase a Company’s awareness by promotion in key markets
• Work with expanding the Company’s online presence on different employment sites
• Develop creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company’s website and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media
• Develop and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity
• Collaborate with core IT communities
• Event management: sponsorships, partnerships, Company’s external & internal events, and any other activities the Company supports
• Do analytics, presentations, and compile the material for the company’s speakers at in-company and external events
• Create and launch advertising FB\Insta\Google alone or with SMM manager
• Experience with creating and writing text content for our site blog
• Create a media plan monthly, media plan 2 times per year

🍀What you need

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing/PR/Employer Branding (preferably within recruiting or talent brand)
• Extensive knowledge of social media that includes research, advertising, employment branding, digital media, recruitment marketing, targeted media, etc.
• Successfully implemented practical cases for IT companies
• A natural storyteller with excellent narration and writing skills both in English and Ukrainian
• Work with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or another similar creator
• Strong experience with FB Creator and Google \FB advertising — like advantage
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and priority setting
• Deadline oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
