We develop our own B2B Solutions for the entertainment industry.

We are looking for a Game Producer to join our Clovertech Family.

🍀What you will do

• Coordinate and supervise mobile game dev teams from the prototype stage till the product launch including game design, game analytics, user experience, QA, etc
• Being a vision holder for the prototypes, suggest the features that bring value to the product
• Management of products in short-term/long-term projects
• Provide guidance and motivation to team members
• Ensures communication with Head Office and all the teams involved in the game production
• Create and maintain project schedule and documentation — GDD, game concepts, pitches
• React to incoming change requests from the team to support the project
• Continually improves the production process

🍀What you need

• At least 3 — 5 years of experience working in a similar position in GameDev
• Experience with Real Money Casinos’ game development, released games (portfolio highly requested)
• Experience in the creation of a game and content from idea and concept to a ready product
• Good understanding of user behavior and FTUE (first-time user experience)
• Good knowledge of English, from upper-intermediate level
• Experience as a game designer will be a big plus
• Analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to the details
• Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills

• Experience with playable ads/HTML5 games
• Passion for games
• Experience with Photoshop or any other graphic tool
• Experience with working with developers directly
• Knowledge of the following tools: Jira, Git
