— Install and configure the OS of the macOS, Linux Desktop (Ubuntu), Windows
— Install and configure the software necessary for the work of employees: OpenOffice, LibreOffice, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, a standard set of office software (browsers, chats, etc.);
— Know the principles of wired and wireless networks and related services (TCP/IP, routing and switching, SNMP, VLAN, DHCP, VPN, Radius, 802.1x);
— Work with equipment from Apple, Dell, HP, Mikrotik, TP-Link,
— Have experience with managing massive software updates for the whole company (JAMF, Active Directory)
— Know and follow the basic rules for information security;
— Quickly and easily solve technical problems;
— At least an intermediate level of English (mostly for written communication).
— Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS;
— Experience in configuring active network equipment (routers and switches);
— Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of video surveillance systems;
— Experience in managing and configuring Atlassian products installations (Jira, Confluence);
— IT certificates (Cisco ICND, Active Directory, etc.);
— Have an understanding of ITIL / ITSM.
