Knowledge and competencies:
— Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience in an IT company or IT recruitment agency
— Strong written and spoken English language
— Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes
— General understanding of technologies in IT Industry

Managing the full life-cycle of recruitment process for our Kiev office which include, but not limited to:
— Building a strong pipeline of potential candidates (by direct sourcing, working with internal DB, and cooperating with external recruiters/agencies)
— Conducting screen interviews and assessing applicants’ knowledge and skills
— Acting as a main point of contact during the interviewing process
— Creating and maintaining recruiting documentation (JDs, statistic reports, etc)
— Working on the optimization of the recruiting process and practices
