Knowledge and competencies:
— Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related field
— Strong written and spoken English
— Solid knowledge of different HR and operational processes in a company

HR-related responsibilities:
— Conducting regular face-to-face meetings with employees and resolving different employees requests
— Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees
— Managing our benefits program
— Working with a local accounting consultant on different HR and office matters
— Cooperating with US Office
— Working with different HR documentation
— Meeting candidates
— Organizing corporate and team building events
Office-related responsibilities:
— Interaction with a landlord (office-related matters, like the setup of air conditioning, ISO specific communication, etc)
— Handling deliveries of office supplies
— Supporting the teams for any office related request
— Assisting with business trips for employees
