We are looking for a Digital Platform Manager to join our growing team.

What we expect from you:

• Understanding and representing user needs
• Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach
• Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
• Minimum of 3 years of proficient digital marketing experience
• Demonstrable experience with various project management models
  

Together we will:

• Drive constant improvements to ensure best-in-class consumer experience on site
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing of new audiences and ad creatives
• Proactively identify features to be delivered based on the voice of the customer and key business stakeholder discussions and in alignment with the providers’ roadmaps.
• Lead the needed content creation for our clients’ side to improve their onboarding and customer satisfaction (flows with automated email communication)
• Create reports on campaign performance, opportunities to scale, and other actionable insights.
