We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find top talent and improve our recruitment processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage all recruitment stages: sourcing strategy development, writing effective job descriptions, and creating candidate profiles to final negotiations with the Hiring Manager;
- Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to support effective hiring decisions;
- Use cold search techniques: find candidates through both standard and non-traditional sourcing channels;
- Initiate ideas to improve recruitment processes and make them even more effective;
- Apply key candidate assessment methods: behavioral interviews, case studies, competency-based assessments, and reference checks;
- Conduct pre-onboarding and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth start in the company.

What you need for success:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in the Ukrainian and international markets;
- Experience in writing job descriptions and creating candidate profiles;
- Strong skills in conducting interviews and candidate assessments;
- Knowledge of key candidate evaluation methods and experience with reference checks;
- Initiative, persistence, and a drive to improve processes;
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
