Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in English
• Deep knowledge of PCs, network devices, and cloud technologies
• Customer service focus
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence and responsibility

Responsibilities:
• Technical support and detailed consultation of Cloudfresh clients on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Okta products;
• Managing the internal IT infrastructure of the company;
• Learning principles of robotics and administration of ChromeOS, and Chrome devices;
• Learning new technologies and short practices promoting Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Okta, GitLab and other innovative products;
• Completing necessary training for products;
Interaction with the vendors’ technical support team to find the necessary solutions;
• Participation in training and presentations, meetings, and webinars;
• Expand the knowledge about such products as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Okta, and new solutions;

Would be a plus:
• Experience in tech support or system administrator;
Experience in working with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Okta, GitLab;
• Understanding the principles of working with domain name registrars and record configuration (MX, TXT, CNAME).
