We are looking for BDRs (Pre-sales and first contact only) for all company products for the European market.

In this position, you will be responsible for constant communication with potential customers (processing leads from marketing activities and cold) and arranging meetings with them for the sales department.


❗Proficiency in English AND Polish or Czech languages ​​at a level not lower than upper intermediate is mandatory.

  • Love to communicate with clients, the presence of excellent oral and written communication skills in various communication channels — telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn, instant messengers, etc.
  • Ability to analyze one’s work and make it effective, mandatory;
  • You want to gain work experience and cooperate with employees of such companies as Google, Zendesk, Asana, and others;
  • Result-oriented vision;


  • Process Inbound and Outbound leads — incoming applications, leads from marketing, existing and cold base;
  • Search for customers (business of the company) according to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
  • Communication with decision-makers (DMP) in companies;
  • Conducting negotiations with potential clients about holding a Demo;
  • Fixing work with potential clients in CRM;
  • To interact with the team of sales and marketing managers;
  • Implementation of KPIs.

Would be a plus:

  • You understand sales funnels and lead generation channels;
  • Familiar with business models that exist on the market;
  • Familiar with cloud technologies (Saas);
  • Knowledge of Slavik languages.
