We’re now looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. If you enjoy finding exceptional people, building strong connections and supporting fast-growing teams, we’d love to see you in our team.

Responsibilities:

— Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles, including Affiliate Managers, Sales Managers, Media Buyers, PR specialists, top-level executives and administrative staff (Finance, Legal, Operations).

— Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates across the affiliate marketing, digital advertising and performance marketing industries.

— Build and maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

— Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience with traffic sources, verticals and industry-specific KPIs.

— Apply effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Telegram communities, industry forums, referrals, events and direct headhunting.

— Collaborate with HR and department heads to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

— Work closely with the HR team to support and strengthen the company’s employer brand.

— Manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, handle offer negotiations and oversee the closing process.

— Maintain updated candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and prepare regular recruitment reports.

— Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in recruiting within affiliate marketing, performance marketing, iGaming, AdTech, FinTech or a closely related industry.

— Strong background in recruiting for high-level positions, from mid-senior specialists to top executives.

— Strong understanding of CPA networks, traffic sources, affiliate models, KPIs, and industry terminology.

— Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, niche job boards, direct headhunting, referrals and networking.

— Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.

— Ability to manage a large number of vacancies and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

— Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

— High level of organization and attention to detail.

— English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written).
