- 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience;
- Candidates search and selection;
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
- Conducting HR interviews with candidates;
- Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly;
- Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market;
- English Intermediate or higher.
- A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode;
- Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines;
- Ability to find necessary information and to solve tasks yourself.
- Experience in communication with foreign clients;
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and conversational English.
