We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a “customer first” approach who will ensure efficient development of long-term relationships with our existing and newly-engaged clients and bring business value throughout the whole customer journey.
As an Account Manager you will work closely with the PM team and
Responsibilities:
— Building long term relationships with clients striving for their 100% satisfaction.
— Ensuring efficient communication between clients and the team.
— Providing proper onboarding for newly-engaged clients. Guide them through the journey with the company.
— As the client’s strategic advisor, guiding them to success by identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
— Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed client’s expectations. Provide prompt, balanced and constructive feedback to the team. Encourage a growth mindset..
— Upsale on current and new contracts.
— Gathering testimonials and references.
Must have:
— At least 2 year of experience in client service
— Experience in IT as a customer success manager will be a plus.
— Understanding of software development life cycle
— Emotional Intelligence, client-oriented mindset.
— Ability to identify needs and expectations of the clients.
— Good decision making and problem solving skills.
— Negotiation and conflict management skills.
— Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English.
