Outbound Team Lead in Marketing Department (вакансія неактивна)

Cleveroad is looking for an ambitious and self-driving Outbound Team Lead for Marketing Team.
We are a Mobile and Web development company providing services for businesses of various domains, audacious startups, and private clients. Requirements:

● Upper-Intermediate level of English.
● 2+ years of experience as SDR, Lead SDR, Outreach Lead, Lead Generation TL.
● Understanding of sales and lead generation strategies and practices via LinkedIn and emails.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Hubspot).

Would be great if you have experience with:
● Leadgen tools like Expandi, Lemlist, Reply etc.
● Good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of the Outbound Marketing department at Cleveroad, you will be responsible for attracting and nurturing quality B2B leads through ABM tactics. Your daily responsibilities will include:
● Leading a team of data researchers. Support in developing and maintaining a broad database of potential quality leads according to ICPs to ensure proper targeting of campaigns.
● Working at cold outreach and intent marketing campaigns. Their preparation, implementation, end-to-end performance control (measuring, improvement, help in driving sales pipeline).
● Finding ways to improve the outreach process and campaign performance. Research of automation opportunities, new algorithms/tools implementation, etc.
● Collaboration with SDRs. Work on finding optimal marketing strategies, driving demand of „cold” addressees, and turning them into marketing qualified and sales qualified leads.
● Working with industry SMEs. Creation of detailed and precise customer profiles and buyer personas for marketing activities (outbound and inbound channels).
● Writing marketing collateral in terms of outreach campaigns. Creation of sales copies, landing pages, articles, case studies, and other content in collaboration with Marketing and ● ● Content teams to attract and enhance leads.
● Working with emails: writing, answering, proofreading, sequences managing, etc.
● Preparation of precise and representative performance reports for the C-level executives, budget planning and reporting.
