— Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github..)
— Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements;
— Working closely with Recruiters by participating in daily sync-ups to discuss recruitment priorities, share with new ideas/improvements on how to find the best talents
— Working with ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions on a daily basis
