— Scala, Functional Programming
— Play Framework, Slick and Lightbend Stack
— Akka Streams and Actors
— Java Experience is a plus
— Have experience with Redis, MongoDB, Elastic Search and RDBMS
— Be well versed with Git
— Comfortable using Docker and docker-compose
— Experience working with AWS and K8s (we have a dedicated DevOps engineer but you should understand how the infrastructure works and how to deploy services to K8s)
— Good English communication skills. Our team is international, so we don’t expect you to speak perfect English. That said, you should be able to speak and write on work-related topics as you’ll be participating in daily and weekly meetings
