Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. Responsibilities include building and maintaining websites using Webflow, implementing custom interactions and animations, integrating third-party services, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness, and optimizing sites for performance and SEO. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Work is possible in the following locations:

• Varna, Bulgaria (the company provides a relocation package).
• Remote.

Responsibilities:

Website Development & Publication:

• Develop and publish 3-4 one-page websites daily using Webflow, including implementing provided text and images, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
• Implement basic animations and interactive elements using Webflow Designer.
• Conduct quality control of finished websites before publication.

Satellite Site Development & Management:

• Planned, designed, and implemented a network of satellite sites to maximize efficiency, including domain registration (including expired domains), CMS/custom solution setup, and server configuration using diverse IP addresses, hosting, and proxies.
• Develop and implement strategies to protect the satellite network from search engine penalties.
• Manage and optimize the technical parameters of satellite sites, including site speed optimization.

Content Creation & Management:

• Create and optimize unique, rewritten, or automated content for satellite sites, incorporating relevant keywords.
• Manage and regularly update content to maintain relevance.

Link Building & Internal Linking:

• Develop and execute link-building strategies, placing links from satellite sites to the main project.
• Implement internal linking within the satellite network to improve efficiency.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

• Monitor site indexing in search engines and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, etc.).
• Identify and address underperforming satellite sites, implementing necessary changes or closures.
• Report on the satellite network’s performance and contribution to the main project’s SEO goals. Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.

Risk Management & Process Automation:

• Continuously improve methods to mitigate the risk of search engine penalties and develop recovery strategies.
• Implement tools and processes to automate website creation, content generation, domain, and network management.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of web design and development principles.
• Experience in creating adaptive websites.
• Confident use of Webflow and its functionality.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Skills in working with designer layouts (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Skills in working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Understanding of SEO basics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Attentiveness and ability to work with large volumes of tasks in a short time.
• Responsibility and ability to follow clear instructions.
• English skills — at least В2.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SEO (markup, keywords, meta tags).
