Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth keyword research, optimizing website content and structure for search engines, building high-quality backlinks, performing technical SEO audits, and analyzing website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and a passion for driving organic traffic growth.

Work is possible in the following locations:

• Varna, Bulgaria (the company provides a relocation package).
• Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research, including competitive and semantic analysis across target geographies, to identify high-potential keywords and inform content strategy.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, meta tags (title, description), image alt text, and implement structured data (Schema.org) to improve search engine indexing and ranking. Make necessary changes to website templates and content to meet SEO best practices.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve basic (indexing, canonicals, site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors) and complex issues (crawl errors, mobile optimization, schema implementation) affecting search engine rankings.
• Off-Page Optimization (Link Building): Develop and manage link-building campaigns, including identifying prospective sites, negotiating link placements, and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of backlinks. Ensure all activities comply with SEO best practices.
• SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with broader business objectives. Set the strategic direction for all SEO activities within the organization, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing goals. Create and implement advanced SEO strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor website rankings and analyze SEO performance metrics (using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush). Prepare regular performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to executive teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in SEO at least 2 years.
• Deep understanding of the principles of search engines (Google, Yandex).
• Practical experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Skills in keyword analysis and competitive analysis.
• Skills in writing SEO-optimized content.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• English skills — at least В2.

Knowledge tools:

• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• CMS (WordPress, Webflow), HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics (for implementing SEO edits).
