Job Summary:
As the Head of Retention, your mission is to be an experienced leader capable of managing our CRM team to increase the company’s turnover. We are looking for an ambitious professional who can develop and implement CRM strategies, achieve key performance indicators, and create successful plans and campaigns. These tasks include developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B tests for various audiences, and continually evaluating and improving the effectiveness of retention strategies. Additionally, you will need experience with retention metrics and tools such as CRM systems and Fast Track.

Responsibilities:
- Setting retention goals, planning, and managing CRM strategy.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CRM department with the company’s CMO.
- Regularly achieving KPIs: increasing the company’s turnover.
- Creating a promotional plan for promo campaigns, coordinating technical execution and placement of offers, and tracking the success of campaigns (online entertainment).
- Managing retention processes and team.
- Developing product feature roadmaps from start to finish.
- Team management — evaluating team performance, and improving team effectiveness.
- Writing documentation (business requirements) for new/current functionality.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar position in the online entertainment industry for at least 3 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the online entertainment sector.
- Experienced manager with a strong track record of leading diverse teams.
- Experience in collaborating and developing strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Data literate with strong analytical skills and knowledge of industry KPIs.
- Experience in creating, delivering, and reporting on successful CRM roadmaps.
- Experience with retention metrics.
- Knowledge tools: CRM system, Fast Track, Jira.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language at B2 level.
- English language at B2 level.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the online entertainment industry.
- Experience in Crypto or iGaming projects.
