As an Influence Marketing Manager, one is responsible for creating and managing influence strategies to promote the company’s products or brand.

Responsibilities:

• Development of Strategies: Creating comprehensive influence strategies, including selecting suitable influencers.
• Search and Partnership: Identifying and connecting with industry influencers aligned with brand goals.
• Collaboration and Relationships: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, including negotiations and contract signings.
• Content and Advertising: Developing and managing content plans.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Evaluating campaign effectiveness, monitoring engagement metrics.
• Collaboration with Teams: Collaborating with the marketing department, content marketing teams.
• Training and Development: Keeping up with new trends in the influencer world and continuously evolving to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
• Budget Control and Management.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 1 year or more.
• Knowledge of influence analytics and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Creative approach to developing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects.
• Adaptability to changing market demands.
• Knowledge of English B1 and above.
