CPA Affiliate Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

As an Affiliate Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our growing affiliate CPA team. You will oversee all aspects of the program including recruitment, tracking, engagement and results.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting new partners.
• Scaling traffic from existing partners.
• Hiring, training, and managing a team.
• Interaction with key partners.
• Planning and development of the direction.
• Implementation of the plan for purchasing traffic by the team.
• Monitoring the payback of the team’s traffic.
• Preparing tasks for the team to build sales funnels.
• Assessing the attractiveness of offers in their area.
• Scaling growth points with partners.
• Monitoring of results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience.
• English B2+ or C1 (any other foreign language is also welcome).
• Proficient in statistics and analytics: can gather and analyze figures quickly and correctly.
• Understands/knows what A/B tests are and how to run them.
• Knows the functionality of affiliate programs.
• Proactivity.
• Punctuality.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills.

Will be a “‘+’”:

• Experience in arbitrage.
• Experience in crypto.
• Familiar with CIS and the international community.
