Head of Affiliates (вакансія неактивна)

As a Head of Affiliates, you will Lead the Affiliate Partnership Team, plan, identify, design, and implement a strategy to drive growth in the Affiliate business vertical. The role will involve managing the scheduling, supervision, and closure of a business deal, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting new partners to our own Affiliate Program.
• Scaling traffic from existing partners.
• Hiring, training and managing a team.
• Interaction with key partners.
• Planning and development of the direction.
• Implementation of the plan for the purchase of traffic by the team.
• Monitoring the payback of the team’s traffic.
• Preparation of tasks for the team in order to build sales funnels.
• Evaluation of the attractiveness of offers in your direction.
• Scaling points of growth with partners.
• Participation in the formation of a marketing strategy for the products of the affiliate program, its budgeting and monitoring its compliance.
• Participation in specialized events, including international ones, to establish partnerships.
• Analysis of competitors and trends in the field of affiliate marketing.
• Participation in the development of promotional materials for the company’s partners.
• Monitoring results.

Knowledge, skills, work experience with:

• Proficiency with MS Office, SQL, BI Tools, and web-based technology including apps.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in affiliate marketing;
• Understanding of web-related technologies, and the technical aspects of affiliate distribution models;
• Understanding and utilization of the data and metrics relevant to the role;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
