Affiliate Manager coordinate all aspects of affiliate programs and complete tasks such as detecting growth opportunities, keeping in touch with affiliates, developing budgets, running tests to optimize affiliate sales, training staff on affiliate management, and organizing promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new webmasters.
  • Scaling traffic from existing partners.
  • Promptly responding to requests from webmasters and solving their problems.
  • Analysis of the traffic of partners in order to provide optimal solutions to improve the result.
  • Participation in planning the development of the Affiliate Program based on the needs and feedback of partners.
  • Participation in specialized events, including international ones, to establish partnerships.
  • Analysis of competitors and trends in the field of affiliate marketing.
  • Participation in the development of promotional materials for the company’s partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with analytics systems (Binom, Data Studio, Tableau, different CRM).
  • Experience in the Gambling industry.
  • Experience in traffic arbitrage (FB, PPC, UAC, mediabuy).
  • Experience in/with crypto projects.
  • Connections in the CIS and the international arbitrage community.
  • English B2+ or C1 (any other foreign language is also welcome).
  • Proficient in statistics and analytics: can gather and analyze figures quickly and correctly.
  • Understands/knows what A/B tests are and how to run them.
  • Basically knows the functionality of affiliate programs.
