Responsibilities:

• Partner Acquisition: Identifying and securing new partnership opportunities to expand our network and reach.
• Traffic Scaling: Collaborating with existing partners to maximize traffic and audience engagement.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of managers to execute partnership strategies effectively.
• Key Partner Relations: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaborations.
• Strategic Planning: Developing, implementing, and guiding the strategic direction of partnership initiatives.
• Traffic Acquisition Execution: Overseeing the execution of the traffic acquisition plan by the team, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Profitability Monitoring: Continuously monitoring and optimizing the profitability of the team’s generated traffic.
• Sales Funnel Development: Collaborating with the project team to define and prepare tasks aimed at building effective sales funnels.
• Offer Evaluation: Evaluating the attractiveness and viability of offers within your domain for potential partnerships.
• Scaling Growth Points: Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities with partners within your domain.
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing results within your domain, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  
  Requirements:
  Hard Skills:
• Language Proficiency: English at B2+ or C1 level (proficiency in any other foreign language is also welcomed).
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistics and analytics, with the ability to gather and analyze data accurately and efficiently.
• Affiliate Program Knowledge: Basic understanding of the functionality of affiliate programs.

• Proactivity: Demonstrated proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Punctuality: Consistent punctuality in meeting deadlines and commitments.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work.

• Influence Marketing Experience: Previous experience in influence marketing.
• Crypto Experience: Familiarity with the crypto industry and its dynamics.
