Job Summary:
Project (IGAMING) coordinator will deal with checking, testing game releases. As well as preparing documentation, creating game release tasks for new games including graphics orders, support of preparing for tournaments, promotions, writing and agreeing terms, reporting on providers, aggregators, etc.

Responsibilities:
— Planning, organizing and management of the team of game managers;
— Development and coordination of the internal processes of the department;
— Ensuring that the job is done in a timely manner;
— Creating game release tasks for new games including graphics orders;
— Reporting issues to the platform providers using the technical project management tools;
— Reporting issues and taking the following-up actions until solved;
— Managing technical escalations from external partners and internal teams;
— Handling with the regular and the ad hoc tests;
— Enforce safety rules and report hazards;
— Participating in the analysis and implementation of new product features;
— Coordinate the delivery of the company’s products.

Previous experience in a customer support department of an online casino brand is desired, casino manager/coordinator experience would be appreciated.

Requirements:
— At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position;
— iGaming experience, with a great knowledge of the online B2B industry;
— A problem solver proactive approach;
— English full professional proficiency;
