Requirements

  • Passion for creating tests, optimizing conversion funnels, and balancing creativity with data-driven insights.
  • 2+ years in managing creatives, landing pages, or online marketing for consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising principles, ad formats, and platforms.
  • Proven experience in A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Understanding of UX best practices and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive and responsible, with a drive to solve marketing challenges creatively.
  • Advanced English proficiency in both writing and speaking.

What will you be responsible for

  • Actively shape our LPO strategy to boost conversion rates and enhance customer experience across paid and organic channels.
  • Lead A/B tests end-to-end, including wireframing, asset development, and results analysis.
  • Set up and monitor tracking parameters and tools, collaborating with the Q&A team as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and meet shared KPIs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, lead creative brainstorming, and uncover insights on customer needs to help drive brand-aligned, effective content.
