Responsibilities
- Delivery on time of the company’s MVP products developed by onshore and offshore teams.
- Delivery on time of the necessary improvements to existing MVP products developed by onshore and offshore teams.
- Search, negotiations, and contracting of offshore development teams for MVP projects.
- Preparation for project launch, clarification of the scope, budget and timeline;
- Ensuring each project meets time, budget and quality requirements.
- Control on timeline, ensuring project meets its milestones, early identification of potential problems.
- Problem-solving, force (pressing, negotiations) contractors to follow time, scope, budget, and quality agreements.
- Work closely with internal Business Analyst/Spec Writer, Designer, Copywriter and Engineers on Specification preparation; Clarify budget and time required to deliver project.
- Responsibility for up to 5 parallel projects on different stages.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and objectives;
- Prepare and deliver regular portfolio status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication between stakeholders; (offshore developers and internal stakeholders).
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues.
Requirements
- Experience working on a customer side with offshore development teams (contractors).
- Experience with cross-culture operations, working with multicultural teams.
- Proven experience in negotiation with Contractors and/or Clients.
- Proven experience in successful projects delivery (meeting scope, budget, time, and quality).
- Proven experience in preparation of project documentation — roadmap, milestones, recurrent reports.
- Experience in acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders (management expectation, conflict/escalation management, risk mitigation, problem-solving).
- Experience in writing tasks descriptions, including clear acceptance criteria.
- Experience in managing multiple distributed teams.
- Confident in Project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and methodologies.
- Experience in the hiring process.
- English B2+.
