About the Role
As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead with vision, overseeing three dynamic sales teams to drive our growth through innovative, data-driven strategies. You’ll work on cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with Marketing and Support to ensure alignment and maximize impact across the business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing new sales funnels, identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency, and developing strategies that deliver sustained revenue growth.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- Leadership in Sales: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in B2C or SaaS environments.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing large sales teams (30+ people) with a strong background in international markets (e.g., EU, USA)
- Sales Operations & Scaling: Hands-on experience in building, scaling, and optimizing sales teams. Experience in a telemarketing or call center setting is a strong plus
- Revenue Achievement: A solid track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a history of successful P&L and budget management.
Skills & Competencies
- People Leadership: Advanced people management skills, with expertise in coaching and developing self-motivated leaders.
- Strategic Analysis: Data-driven approach to sales strategy with strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with Marketing, Support, and other teams to drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Fluent English (B2 or above), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Drive Sales Strategy: Shape and execute comprehensive, data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit growth targets.
People Management & Development
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor and develop the Sales Team, including direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one feedback sessions to ensure continuous growth.
- Team Engagement: Design and implement motivational programs, competitions, and initiatives to boost team morale, engagement, and revenue.
Performance & Process Optimization
- Establish KPIs: Set, monitor, and refine KPIs to ensure alignment with revenue targets and organizational goals.
- Optimize CRM Use: Leverage CRM expertise to streamline the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy for better insights.
