Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on Google Search Ads.
- Product marketing mindset and expertise in digital/general marketing.
- Experience with B2C products (web or mobile).
- Extensive experience with analytics and tracking tools.
- Experience with Tier-1 countries, primarily the US market.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into execution.
- Creativity: able to think differently and reframe the problem or situation.
Responsibilities
- Create, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Search Ads within our mobile app products (B2C, Tier-1 market).
- Analyze the market and competitors in terms of products, approaches, and funnels, generating hypotheses for boosting user acquisition based on this analysis.
- Deeply engage with our products to understand the personas, pains the products solve, and challenges — aiming to optimize marketing activities for achieving key metrics.
- Cooperate with our cross-functional product teams to achieve the best results, focusing on improving unit economics and exploring scaling opportunities for our product line.
