Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of reports, including operational dashboards, analysis of financial statements, P&L forecasts, sensitivity analysis, reports on investment performance.
- Develop and constantly update business models in cooperation with financial & analytic teams.
- Ongoing monitoring of operational and financial metrics of our products, verification that they are in line with established objectives and goals.
- Assist our products to achieve quality results and target financial covenants beyond presenting problems, i.e. highlight and execute possible solutions for project issues.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Communicate with internal departments (finance, analytics, legal etc) to provide quality analysis and decisions based on the data gathered (data driven approach).
- Communicate with external partners to support business development and ongoing operations.
- Be ready to perform ad hoc tasks based on business needs.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, corporate finance or management consulting.
- Completed or in progress financial/investment qualifications (CFA, ACCA etc.).
- Proven hands-on experience in managing investments and operational improvements of portfolio assets.
- Proactive self-starter, with proven ability to initiate business changes (we are there to lead you, not to micromanage).
- Advanced English (part of the interview might be conducted in English).
- Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Open-minded and innovative team player with passion to drive excellent results.
- High sense of urgency, ownership and responsibility.
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written; able to convince opponents on the truth of one’s judgments.
- Stress resistance — be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, where goals can change quickly.
- Result-oriented, committed, responsible and ready to act independently.
