Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for a mature B2C product, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and general product growth in global markets.
- Responsible for the marketing budget and achievement of key marketing and business metrics within the product.
- Generate hypotheses/ideas to improve the efficiency of various marketing channels and initiate their execution.
- Manage marketing teams, fostering effective collaboration and a productive environment.
- Responsible for hiring, performance evaluation, and regular 1-1 + team meetings.
- Ongoing work with analytical tools and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with B2C products as a Marketing Team Lead, Head of Marketing, CMO. Tier-1 market.
- Experience in building and executing marketing strategies with a focus on achieving key marketing, product and business metrics.
- Extensive hands-on experience with diverse marketing channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Affiliate marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Practical experience in user acquisition with META and/or understanding key techniques and trends — will be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of Inbound marketing: SEO, Content Marketing, PR, SMM, and Email marketing.
- Proven track record of excellent team management skills, including hiring, performance evaluation, and motivation.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Growth and business-oriented mindset
