Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

Collaborating with a cross-functional team (Product Manager, Designer, Engineers) to design, deliver, and maintain mobile apps (from ideation to release). On a daily basis writing & testing production-ready code across the entire tech-stack development of cross-platform mobile apps (iOS + Android) using Flutter framework development of backend services & APIs, that support mobile apps using Node.JS

Our development stack: Flutter, Firebase, AWS, MongoDB, Docker, TypeScript, Node.js, React.

What you need for this position

• Minimum 4+ years of solid hands-on experience in designing & developing mobile apps using Flutter.
• Experience OR desire to learn and work with React + Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, especially Firebase (firestore database, firebase storage, firebase performance).
• Firebase flutter sdk, bloc, hive storage.
• Experience with Material 3 UI.
• Experience shipping one or more Android or iOS apps. Ideally, it is currently available in the App Store / Play Store.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented design skills and producing well-engineered design (SOLID, design patterns).
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in an agile team, willingness to learn new technologies and quickly adopt.
• Open mindset, high degree of flexibility and readiness to iterate fast.
• Ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities.
• Focus on simplicity and quality.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with React.
• Basic knowledge, and understanding of backend systems, databases & Typescript + Node.js.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Docker, and CI platforms.

Hiring Process

Stage 1: Interview with HR (1h).
Stage 2: Technical assignment (4h).
Stage 3: Technical interview (1.5h).
Stage 4: Technical interview (1h).
Stage 5: Interview with the Director of Engineering (30 min).
