What you will be doing

• Develop and constantly improve sourcing strategy within a fast-paced products-based environment.
• Deeply understand our business (its approaches, model, products and the way how it works) — build effective strategies to find right talents.
• Work with TA Manager (mainly) and Hiring managers to define and clarify hiring needs — search, identify and attract the best talents for open and future vacancies.
• Proactively building strategic talent pools for critical roles by utilizing various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Work with the team on job descriptions and messaging.
• Suggest improvements and add value to the talent acquisition process at all stages.

What you need for this position

• 1-3 years of proven Talent Sourcing / IT recruitment experience.
• Ability to present a vacancy to candidates in the most efficient way to fill the job.
• Great communication and copy skills: both Ukrainian and English.
• Proven track record of filling in vacancies: you’ll be working with non-tech and tech positions (PMM, PM, UA Manager, Marketing Designer, Product Designer, Fullstack Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps).
• Hands-on experience of using various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
• Experience in conducting phone/zoom pre-screening.
• Knowledge of product development life cycle.
• Drive for results and ability work independently.
• Curiosity and growth mindset.
• B2 English.
