CINE-BOOKS 📚, a product company operating in the Western market, is seeking a talented, passionate, and results-driven International Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s services and expanding business opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Sales: Actively seeking and attracting new clients and partners worldwide (authors, publishers, TV channels, media companies), conducting negotiations, presenting services, closing contracts, and managing deals.
- Business Development: Expanding the network of partners and distribution channels, negotiating with major strategic partners (Apple, Amazon, Google, Kobo, etc.).
- Participation in International Exhibitions and Conferences: Identifying relevant events, preparing materials, scheduling and conducting meetings and presentations, and following up with potential clients after events.
- Client Management: Managing new inquiries from potential clients, maintaining communication, presenting our service, addressing objections, drafting contracts, closing sales, gathering requirements, delivering results, preparing sales reports, managing royalty payments, and fostering long-term relationships while ensuring high-quality service.
- Client Acquisition Efforts: Promoting the company’s services through niche articles, podcasts, and other advertising opportunities within the company’s domain.
- Editorial Support: Acting as the client representative during product development, including gathering and communicating client requirements, reviewing creative and sample materials provided to clients during production, collecting feedback on developed visual concepts, presenting work to clients, and delivering the final product.
This is a new area of focus for the company. As the number of orders increases, each responsibility may be delegated to specialized professionals. You will have the opportunity to choose the area where you excel the most.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position within product companies;
- Proven experience in international sales and business development;
- Client management experience, including preparing and delivering presentations, conducting negotiations, and closing deals;
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English;
- Understanding of current media and digital technology trends;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in companies within similar industries: publishing, media, or digital content production.
