On behalf of Just Eat, Ciklum is looking for an experienced Front End Engineer for our team in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

Our engineering team is responsible for delivering all the changes to Just-Eat.Fr high-transactional platform and has a complete feature ownership all the way from initial technical design to ensuring they operate successfully in production at peak times.

Responsibilities:
Every member of the Technology team is responsible for:
● The availability, security, scalability of our e-commerce platform.
● Delivering our product roadmap.
● Planning for the future.
● Generating enthusiasm and a sense of both technical and product pride.

As a Front End Engineer you and your team will deliver high quality features and UI improvements to the JUST EAT France Platform. Your work will truly make a difference, enabling JUST EAT France to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer
● Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5
● Experience with at least one MVC framework — Vue (preferred), React, Angular
● Understanding of performance optimizations, cross browser specifics
● Experience with responsive web
● Experience with SASS/LESS
● Experience with jQuery
● Experience with webpack/grunt/gulp
● Experience with Git
● Experience in writing tests
● Experience in Agile and iterative development lifecycles
● Understanding of REST API
● Good communication skills
● Experience with refactoring techniques, anti-patterns and code smells
● Knowledge of UI design best practices
● Understanding the main usability principles to improve the user experience as a plus

Personal skills:
● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and teammates.
● Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
● Ability to work collaboratively with others both locally and remotely.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English.
● Continuous improvement

Desirable:
● Experience with experiments and a/b testing.
● Working within a high-transactional e-commerce business
● Experience in developing complex web applications with rich UI
● Production experience with Vue.js, ES6
● Experience in writing unit tests
