Senior Python Developer for Ciklum Solutions (Kharkiv) (вакансія неактивна)

On behalf of Ciklum Solutions Team, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our Kharkiv team on a full-time basis.
Our Customer currently processes portfolio companies’ financial indicators, by means of a labor
intensive process on the part of their analysts, who need to process a considerable amount of data and
prepare company financial state reports manually.
Ciklum is building a team to work on a project which primary goal is to make the process more efficient by
improving key elements such as communications between the portfolio companies’ reporters, Customer’s
analysts and management; providing reliable data storage and access to the data; reducing time and
efforts needed to create graphic reports for Customer’s companies’ portfolio.

Responsibilities:
— Build the system BackEnd part to meet customer’s business needs;
— Develop and implement server side components including web services;
— Develop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/update to specifications for the solution;
— Implement and test modification requests;
— Handle complex problems that may arise during solution implementation and field support providing creative and rapid solutions.

Requirements:
— Experienced in any web Framework (e.g. Flask, Falcon, Django, Web2py);
— Excellent knowledge and experience in Python3;
— Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture;
— Experienced working with HTTP protocols, REST knowledge and experience must have;
— Knowledge in RDBMS, especially PostgreSQL;
— SQLAlchemy ORM is required;
— Has knowledge in troubleshooting and debugging Python applications;
— Proficient understanding of version control systems, especially in GIT;
— Knowledge in Git flow and branch strategies.

Desirable:
— Understanding and basic experience with Angular 4 along HTML 5, CSS/Bootstrap;
— Understanding Docker, LXC;
— Familiar with supporting App services in AWS environment.
