We are looking for an Agile product manager with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and global teams. More specifically, we believe:
● You have at least 1-2 year of product management experience in a technology company or product development agency.
● You’ll be passionate about what you do and obsessive about understanding the goals of our customers. You won’t consider the job done until you’ve proven that the feature has had the desired impact.
● You have worked with Agile engineering and design teams and are able breakdown big problems into executable milestones.
● You are familiar with the skills of project management and understand the importance of delivery for a customer.
● Although you may not have come from a software development background, you understand technology as your medium and the opportunities that it presents.
● You’ll know your way around Jira workflows and Confluence, if not training will be provided.
● You’ll have excellent client facing and communication skills.

● Responsible for the full life cycle of your product features; leading the requirement gathering, validation, technical development, launch and continuous improvement of them.
● Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog and documentation of your product area.
● Represent the customer while partnering with the business and technology to break complex problems down into achievable initiatives.
● Work collaboratively to establish a shared vision across the product team, coordinate consensus on priorities and communicate the ongoing product development journey to stakeholders.
● Continuously groom the product backlog and communicate release plans.
● Work closely with the rest of the product and engineering team to constantly improve the performance of you product; using creative means to bring innovative products to market.
● Participate in RFP and SOW processes with external partners, ensuring full product brief and priorities have been captured effectively, and the right partner is being engaged.

On behalf of 7digital, Ciklum is looking for Product Manager to join Kyiv team on full-time basis.

We are looking for a Product Manager to manage and deliver the existing roadmap and product vision for Mjuz. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will manage the discovery, definition and delivery of a series of features in collaboration with a team of product managers, developers and client operations managers.
