• At least 5 years of experience in acknowledged development environment;
• Very good experience in Java and associated open source frameworks and tools (Spring Boot, Hibernate);
• Strong front-side skills (HTML5, CSS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6), ReactJS, Webpack, Angular 4-5, RXJS);
• Experience with Web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML);
• DB analysis, query, tuning (mainly PostgreSQL, partly Oracle);
• Experience with Agile coding practices (TDD, BDD);
• Experience with testing frameworks (Mockito, MockMVC, JUnit, Serenity BDD);
• Understanding and experience with continuous delivery methodology, DevOps and corresponding tools (Puppet, Jenkins CI, Docker, Fabric);
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban/Lean);
• Ability to resolve impediments and blockers, particularly those requiring interaction and collaboration with external resources;
• Experience in one of the adjacent domains (e.g. back end integration specialist with significant mastering of important secondary traits such as front end development, devOps, security, development possesses etc.);
• Ability to see technology as one of many tools to create value;
• Excellent verbal and written English.

• Front-end and Back-end development;
• Requirement analysis and critique;
• Involvement and communications with stakeholders in the organization, particularly product owner (usually from product management, marketing, sales etc.), IT systems, operations and networking department;
• Development of features and products in collaboration within a team located both in Oslo and Kiev;
• QA and peer code review of other developers, full responsibility of a feature in production;
• Participation and contributions to competency activities to ensure optimal technology utilization as well as participation in demo meetings and planning sessions as required.

On behalf of GET, Ciklum is looking for Java Team Lead and open source enthusiast to join Kyiv team on full-time basis.

It’s a great opportunity to deal with: Our technological boundaries mostly centered around Java as the core intermediate component which release platform functionality via web applications. UI part itself is OK to experiment with modern frameworks and approaches. To name a few, our last applications have been built with Angular 1.5, Angular 4, React with Redux. We value autonomy in application design decisions, as well as deep involvement into product creation so that it fits customers best. Developers in our team are able to take certain control under how, when and what features are to be delivered.
