Senior Automation QA/Team Lead for CGI (Kharkiv) (вакансія неактивна)

On behalf of CGI, Ciklum is looking for Senior Automation QA/Team Lead to join Kharkiv team on full-time basis.

Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills — to be able to drive and develop the QA domain;
• Hands-on experience with processes and tools around the Testing Automation topic;
• English intermediate (and higher);
• Understanding of the software development life-cycle and Agile methodology;
• 3+ years of commercial experience in QA;
• Experience in web-application testing;
• Analytical skills, attention to details;
• Understanding of testing processes, methodologies;
• Base knowledge about performance and security testing;
• Knowlegde of Bugtracking systems;
• Quick learner.

Desirable:
• Develop custom processes/workflows using programming language such PHP;
• Facilitate workshops / design sessions with team members to create automation solution, then develop and get consensus;
• eCommerce / Magento experience is a huge plus;
• Analytical mindset, experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Scope / Program Manager is not a must, but also a big plus;
• Great desire for self-development;
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects;
• Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team;
• Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance;
• Participate in interviews, induction, and training and performance evaluation of all QA;
• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation;
• Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes;
• Definition of acceptance tests and user test with the development team based on user stories before the development starts;
• Development of test plans, methods, descriptions and definitions for (mostly) Magento based ecommerce applications;
• Derivation of possible and necessary improvements in development, documentations process based on ongoing test results;
• Contact with development team and customers.
