Release Manager, Scrum Master for e-Boks (Lviv) (вакансія неактивна)

On behalf of e-Boks, Ciklum is looking for strong Release Manager/Scrum Master to join Lviv team on a full-time basis.

It’s an exciting and unique opportunity has come up to become a part of the team, developing and maintaining the e-Boks ultra-high load/scalability (100s of thousands concurrent connections), security and reliability middleware and web applications.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Agile release planning and steering of a SCRUM team as a SCRUM Master. Ensure the link between Products and Engineering to ensure product requirements can be broken down to engineering tasks. Ensure that relevant activities are executed to build release packages that can be deployed to production (excluding Build Management activities). Establish the workflow and release plans needed to run agile product development per the e-Boks Agile Scaled Framework.
• Project and Agile release planning, control, and communication
• Agile development facilitation
• Software delivery responsibility on time, budget, content and quality
• Internal delivery reporting
• Resource management for projects and SCRUM teams
• Planning and execution in an Agile Project Management Tool (e.g. Jira)
• Stakeholder management including expectation setting towards the BU for projects and releases
• Risk management for projects and deliveries
• To comply to the e-Boks SDLC (software development life cycle)

• Agile development and SCRUM knowledge
• Leading others e.g. situational leadership, coaching and feedback,

• Commercial and strategic insight to challenge content of projects and releases

• Managing sub-contractors
• Engineering background and broad understanding of software engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Office, project control tools, and templates

• High proficiency in local language and English, both written and spoken
