Необхідні навички

• Strong software testing experience
• Experienced or big potential in leading a QA team
• Functional and non-function testing experience (e.g. performance, security)
• Agile Experience with Scrum
• RESTful API testing experience
• Knowledge of networking protocols
• Good knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver and BDD
• Good knowledge of any programming language
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with continuous Integration and continuous Delivery (e.g. Jenkins)
• Experience of producing key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, reports, scripts)
• Experience of Jira (defect reporting and Agile management)
• Experience with multiple device testing (PC, Mobile, Tablet)
• Experience with cross browser testing (IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safari)
• Experience with Unix
• Experienced to work with customers abroad
• Good spoken and written English
• Willing to travel 2x per year to Zurich

Обов’язки

• Leading a small team composed of 3 members
• Work with a personal responsibility, adding value to all test activities as well as other activities in the teams in order to deliver qualitative software as efficiently as possible
• Manual testing activity
• Responsible for the scheduling and management of resources to fulfill the demand for the effective delivery of testing for new and existing systems
• Monitor these resources against the known demand, managing and escalating the need for any additional or reduce capacity
• Motivate and inspire Test Team members to deliver to the best of their ability within the project and test timescales
• Manage software defects tracking, reporting, follow-up, using a bug tracking system
• Ensure key issues detected are appropriately documented, flagged, communicated and handed over to the appropriate function to resolve in a timely manner
• Support releases into all environments including production
• Maintain and contribute to already existed test automation framework
