• 5+ years experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master, at least 1+ year as Delivery Manager
• Experience with using Agile development best practices in scaled environment with 5+ teams
• People management experience
• Good understanding of full range of SDLC
• Agile mindset

Обов’язки

• Delivery management for Product/Client/Architecture initiatives developed by 5+ Scrum teams
• Work closely with business, product and R&D Lead to define and deliver Retail Unit Roadmap
• Be first communication and escalation point regarding delivery of any initiative in Retail Unit, ensure transparency of the delivery status for the stakeholders
• Lead the entire development flow from requirements to successful delivery to production, align the process among multiple teams
• Guide Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to plan sprints and releases, identify and remove dependencies, bottlenecks and any type of blockers
• Establish and maintain healthy relationship with stakeholders and other company Units
• Manage and professionally develop people in matrix-like organizational structure, own HR process in the unit
• Drive usage of scaled Agile best practices and tools for the highest business and product value delivery
• Manage delivery risks and opportunities
• Continuously improve efficiency of teams work and cross-teams collaboration
• Initiate and drive improvements for the process/architecture/infrastructure/people etc.
