Senior Web Manual QA Engineer (Ad-Ops) for BIScience (Kyiv) (вакансія неактивна)

Необхідні навички

• 3 — 5 years of experience in manual QA testing of WEB Applications
• Very good understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript up to a level where can debug failures to catch Ads and find a solution based on the HTML and JavaScript code
• SQL experience with MySQL or other DBs — a must

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with operations and development teams
• Ability to drive others: work in a matrix organization and ability to drive others when there is a production issue that needs to be resolved within a given customer SLA

• Experience with online advertising / AdTech
• Experience and belief in Agile principles such as Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development
• Experience with version control systems as Git, SVN
• Test automation experience will be a plus, but it is not mandatory.

Обов’язки

• Monitor all the existing ad-types supported per geography and detect any issues or degradation on per ad-type basis
• Continually identify new ad-types that are not supported by our system via:
o Manual sampling review of candidate ads, looking for the false detection and duplications
o Comparing page screenshots with detected ads on those pages
o Regular check for the new information on industry sources like IAB, Adservers documentation etc.
• Prioritize new ad-types and add their support to the capturing components
• Drive solution to production problems within a given SLA
